Dr. Anthony Albert is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a fellowship in sports medicine. He graduated from The Medical College of Georgia in 2005 and completed his general surgery internship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Dr. Albert furthered his training through an orthopedic surgery residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock and specialized rotations in pediatric orthopedic surgery at Children’s Hospital Boston and orthopedic tumor surgery at Beth-Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He completed a sports medicine fellowship at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston from 2010 to 2011. Dr. Albert is certified by both the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is affiliated with several hospitals, including HCA Florida Northside and Bayfront Health St. Petersburg. Outside of his practice, he enjoys boating, fishing, and spending quality time with his wife and four children.
